Osteoporosis results in the weakness and brittle-ness of bones that result in fracture even with just a fall or even mild stresses such as bending over or coughing. Mostly fractures related to osteoporosis occur in hips, wrist or spine. Osteoporosis affect men and women and people of all races. However, post-menopausal older women are more prone to osteoporosis.
Symptoms

- Posture become stooped
- Easy prone to fracture bone
Causes
As bone is in constant process of renewal that is new bone is made and older is broken down. When imbalance of this renewal process occur usually at old age develops leading to lost of bone mass faster causes osteoporosis.
