Soft Tissue Sarcoma

It is defined as the cancer of tissues which provide the support, and connect the body structures to each other. They include nerves, blood vessels, fat, tendons and lining of the joints.

Causes

Mutation is the major cause of cancers. Mouth cancer arise when there is mutation in DNA occur. DNA is the main machinery of cell which tell the cell everything that how to grow and how to cope up with stress. Mutation altered the DNA and grow the cells in uncontrol fashion.

Symptoms

At early stage it does not produce any signs and symptoms, some general symptoms include:

  • Lump
  • Swelling
  • Pain due to the nerve compression
  • Fever
Diagnosis

Diagnostic test includes:

  • Blood test to check the complete count
  • Urinary analysis to check any abnormality
  • Imaging test like x-ray and ultrasound
  • Biopsy of affected tissue
Treatment

Treatment option include:

  • Surgery to remove the tumor.
  • Liver transplant surgery.
  • Freezing the tumor cell by cryoablation.
  • Chemotherapy to kill the cells by drugs.
  • Immunotherapy to strong the immune
