The inflammation of the sacroiliac joint. Sacroiliac joint present in your lower back between the sacral vertebrae and hold the pelvis also. Due to inflammation of joint pain occur in thighs and go down below the legs also. It is usually associated with other inflammatory condition of joints like arthritis.
